All KIND audio (manufacturer) amplifiers are warranted for four (4) years (beginning with the date of manufacturer or Authorised Distributor’s invoice to the end user/customer). During this time, if the amplifier fails for any defect in components and/or labor under a correct and regular use, it will be repaired or, at manufacturer sole decision, replaced without any charge except for the transport expenses to return the unit to the factory or the nearest KIND audio Service Center. The repaired/replaced amplifier will be returned to the costumer with the original shipping carton at manufacturer charge. The Warranty conditions will not be applied in case the amplifier has been ultimately damaged by repair attempts, inadequate or poor packaging, any kind of improper use/maintenance (overvoltage, incorrect connection, use with wrong or faulty associated equipment or accessories, exposure to rigid weather conditions, excess moisture, etc.). Warranty terms will not be considered for any unit where the serial number has been removed and/or it is not clearly readable. KIND audio is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages; the responsibility is limited to the product itself. All service inquiries should be emailed to service@kindaudio.com. KIND audio reserves the right to make changes or improvements in design or manufacturing without assuming any obligation to change or improve products previously manufactured.

Return of Goods. KIND audio shall provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to be visible in the external packages of the returned goods. KIND audio or its Authorized Service Center has the right to refuse any returned good without RMA number duly applied to the external package.

Cost of and responsibility of transport. The Purchaser (or end user/customer) shall bear all cost and responsibility of transportation to KIND audio or its Authorized Service Center. KIND audio will cover all cost and responsibility of transportation for returning goods once repaired or replaced.
